Hi, I'm Vicky.

I’ve been dipping in and out of yoga since I was 17, but in 2012 I walked into my first Mysore class in London and something clicked. Until then, as I wrote at the time, “I was just bending my body.”

Mysore practice changed that. The early mornings, the quiet of the room and the simplicity of breath and movement turned yoga from something I did into a genuine practice. Six months later, I travelled to Mysore in India - the birthplace of Ashtanga yoga - to practise with the late Sharath Jois.

More than a decade later, yoga remains a huge part of my life. My roots are in traditional Ashtanga, but over the years my practice has expanded through Vipassana meditation, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, anatomy and kinesiology, and now sound healing.

I bring all of those influences to Wild Yoga Club. Some practices are strong and dynamic, others slow and deeply restorative. For me, yoga isn't about perfect postures or being able to touch your toes. It's about having somewhere to come back to - your body, your breath and yourself.

Alongside yoga, I work as a freelance TV producer - so I understand busy minds, demanding jobs and the need to occasionally switch the noise off.

Sound healing

Unlike a group sound bath, one-to-one sound healing is completely tailored to you. Using Himalayan singing bowls and other therapeutic sounds, each session is shaped around what you need in that moment - whether that's deep rest, emotional release or simply space to switch off. The vibrations of the bowls help you slow down, settle the mind and reconnect with yourself.

Think of it as a sound bath, but personal.
